These terms govern the use of the vaktivo.com website, operated by Pro sistemos, MB, registered in Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania (“we”). By browsing the website you agree to these terms.

Important: the Vaktivo service itself (the production monitoring system) is provided not under these terms but under a separate written services agreement concluded with each customer individually. These terms govern only the use of this informational website.

02Website content

The website content is informational. Prices, rollout timelines and pilot terms shown on the website are indicative and do not constitute an offer – final terms are set in the services agreement. Product screenshots on the website were taken using demo data, not real customer data.

We aim to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of inaccuracies, and we may change it without separate notice.

03Intellectual property

The website content – texts, the “Vaktivo” trademark, the logo, the design, the screenshots – belongs to Pro sistemos, MB or is used on a lawful basis. Copying, distributing or using the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is prohibited, except where permitted by law (e.g. quotation).

04Acceptable use

When using the website you undertake to:

• not compromise the security or integrity of the website or disrupt its operation;
• not use automated tools to copy the content in bulk;
• submit only accurate information through the inquiry form and not send unlawful content.

05Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, or for temporary disruptions of its operation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

08Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, and failing agreement – in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the registered seat of Pro sistemos, MB (Kaunas), unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
