01Data controller

The controller of this website (vaktivo.com) and of the personal data collected on it is Pro sistemos, MB, registered in Kaunas, Republic of Lithuania (“we”). Contact for data protection matters: [email protected].

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

02What data we collect and why

We collect only what is needed to answer your inquiry and keep the website running:

We do not send marketing newsletters and never add your contact details to marketing lists.

03Recipients and processors

We share your data only with the following service providers (processors), to the extent necessary:

• Formspree, Inc. (USA) – delivery of demo request form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, with EU infrastructure) – website hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and protection against attacks.

We disclose data to public authorities only where required by law. We do not sell or rent your data.

04Transfers outside the EEA

Formspree and Cloudflare are headquartered in the USA, so some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (GDPR Art. 46).

05How long we keep data

• Inquiry form data – up to 12 months from the last correspondence, unless we enter into a contract (in which case data is processed on the basis of that contract).
• Technical logs – per Cloudflare’s standard retention periods (typically up to 30 days).

06Cookies

The website uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party tracking technologies. One functional cookie is used:

As this cookie is necessary for a function you explicitly request, no separate consent is required.

07Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data (Art. 15);
• have it rectified (Art. 16) or erased (Art. 17);
• restrict processing (Art. 18);
• receive your data in a structured format – portability (Art. 20);
• object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt) or with the supervisory authority of your own EU member state.

08The Vaktivo service and production data

This policy covers the vaktivo.com website. When a company uses the Vaktivo service (the production monitoring system), the customer company is the controller of production and employee data (e.g. work session times, delay reasons), and Pro sistemos, MB acts as a processor under a data processing agreement concluded with the customer (GDPR Art. 28).

Service data is hosted in European Union data centers. Upon contract termination the customer takes all of their data as CSV, and we delete it within the periods set in the agreement.

09Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, the new version with its effective date will be published on this page. Material changes will be additionally announced on the website.
