Do we need new hardware?
No. A tablet at the station + a barcode scanner is enough. Works with what you already have.
How long does implementation take?
4–6 weeks from line mapping to a live Andon screen on the shop wall. Week 1 starts a 30-day pilot project on one line.
Does it work with our ERP?
Yes. We complement your ERP, we don’t replace it. During rollout we bring over your production orders; real durations, defects and delay reasons are available as CSV export. Custom ERP connections are built as needed.
Where does our data live?
Data is stored in EU data centers and processed under the GDPR. CSV export at any time. Cancelling? You take everything with you.
How is this different from MES?
We’re a Lean layer below your ERP, sitting between the plan and the shop floor. Not an ERP replacement, not an MES. No two-year roll-out, no million-euro license. Live in 4–6 weeks.
